The Carson model
RFB-R6 Ringer is an automatic Ringer machine. Parts
are loaded into a part vibratory bowl which sort the
parts without the aid of the operator. Parts are
thereafter fed down a series of tracks to the point
of operation. Simultaneously, rings are fed from a
ring bowl down a series of tracks to the point of
operation. Parts are then ringed, thereafter being
ejected from the point of operation, and fed down a
conveyor where they are then viewed by a imaging
camera, which will make judgments on what parts are
good or bad. Faulty parts to be rejected are blown
off conveyor. Good parts will continue down the
conveyor and be collected outside the machine. The
operator interfaces with the machine via a HMI
screen located on the outside of the machine.
Mechanical components are guarded with an array of
light curtains, which adds a superior level of
protection for the operator.

The
Carson RFB Sizer Series is an automatic sizing
machine. Parts are loaded into a vibratory bowl
which sorts the parts without the aid of the
operator. Parts are then fed down a series of tracks
to the point of operation where they are then sized.
Parts exit the machine from a conveyor, at which
point they will be collected externally from the
machine. The operator interfaces with the machine
via an HMI screen located on the outside of the
machine. Mechanical components are guarded with an

of protection for the operator.
